Our Coaches
Our coaches are USAW certified and have years of experience as both coaches and athletes. We believe that our club’s success is, in part, driven by the leadership in the room. We take considerable pride and care in our approach to coaching each individual athlete that walks through our doors.

PJ - Nutrition Coach
PJ is a 71 kg weightlifter who has competed both locally and nationally. She previously competed at 63kg and 64 kg, and her athletic background is in rugby, rowing, wrestling, and more! As a lifelong athlete, she has navigated sport nutrition in a variety of settings and ultimately began nutrition coaching in order to support others in their weight- and nutrition-related goals.
PJ is radical, intelligent, and driven, and this shows up in her coaching. Setting macros is relatively uncomplicated. Empowering others to achieve their goals while also holding space for the ways in which feelings are tied to food is far more complex. It would be remiss to ignore the ways in which social pressures, standards of beauty, and systems of power show up in the way we train and fuel ourselves. PJ understands these dynamics and genuinely wants everyone to feel fully resourced in unpacking their relationships to food, hitting their goals, and living as their authentic selves.
Competition History
PJ has earned medals at the American Open Series, claimed the title of Masters Nationals Champion, and most recently became a Masters World Champion.
