We focus on developing body awareness, coordination, and control—skills that carry over to any sport or activity. Beyond the physical, kids build real confidence and strength in an environment that supports growth, resilience, and fun.

Meet Coach Kristion

Kristion started his weightlifting career as a youth athlete in 2019. He qualified and then competed for his first Youth Nationals in December 2020, finishing 5th in the Clean and Jerk.  In October of 2021 he earned “Best Youth Male Athlete” in Nebraska. Kristion attended the Arnold in 2022 earning a bronze medal in the Snatch, Clean and Jerk, and Total for the North American Open Series 1. In June of the same year he competed at his second Youth Nationals in Detroit, MI, placing 9th overall in his respective weight class. His experience in the competitive side of weightlifting has helped grow his love for the sport. It has given him opportunities to learn and grow not only as a weightlifter but also a coach and more importantly a human.

His transition into coaching youth athletes began after he obtained his USAW Level 1 in 2022. Since then, he has spent time learning from Siera and Tony Schuster of Heartland Strength (Omaha, NE) up until late 2023. More recently he spends time shadowing and working with Stephen Mason at York County Barbell (Berwick, ME). These coaches have helped Kristion develop his enthusiasm for coaching.

Class Schedule

This class will run from June through the end of August.

We have two classes every Saturday at 12-1PM and 1:15-2:15PM.
